Ingredients
200 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cocoa
150 g sugar
100 g biscuits
2 vanilla
2 tbsp rum
fruit of your choice
2 tbsp cognac
2 tbsp caster sugar
Method
150 ml milk and sugar it to the boil. Stir the remaining milk with the flour, cocoa and spices. Pour over the mixture of the hot milk and poured it back as stirring until thickened. We remove from heat and mix with the ground biscuits. Dress inside several bowls with foil. On it spreads a layer of biscuit dough about 5 mm thick. Put in refrigerator until the dough is firm. Then detachment fthe oil biscuit bowls and put in bowl. Stuffed with chopped fruit, previously confused with brandy and powdered sugar. Optional we can poleem with topping.
