Gingerbread cocoa

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cocoa
lemon juice
2-3 cup flour
jam of your choice
milk chocolate
coconut
Gingerbread cocoa

Method
Sugar and eggs beat with a mixer. Gradually add other products (no jam, chocolate and coconut). With oiled hands izmesva dough formed into balls, which are arranged in a greased pan with sunflower oil. Bake in a moderate oven. Once cool stick with jam of your choice. Decorate with melted in a water bath chocolate and sprinkled with coconut.
