Ingredients
500 g green beans
40 g salo
100 g sour cream
1 tbsp flour
1/2 onion
vinegar
salt
Method
Place in a small amount of boiling salted water slit beans and stew under cover until tender. Fry the diced salo, add finely chopped onion, fry add the flour and fry again, then pour the broth from cooking the beans, acidified and dosvaryava. Add beans to the cream and heat.
