Hake or Carras red tomatoes in the oven

Ingredients
1.3 kg of hake or Carras
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
2.4 kg red tomatoes
100 g breadcrumbs
3 bunches of parsley
2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
Method
From hake fillets are removed, which are cut into portions. Red tomatoes and garlic cut into round slices and parsley finely chopped. The bottom of the baking pan covered with slices of tomatoes, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs and fish portions. Top again rank tomatoes, parsley and garlic. On them again placed slices of tomatoes and scatter bread crumbs, add salt and pour vegetable oil. Bake in a moderate oven.
