4 eggs
200 ml milk
200 g sugar
40 g fresh yeast
1/2 packet of dry yeast - 3.5 g
10 g baking powder
120 g margarine
flour - enough to make for soft dough (about 1 kg)
150 g delight

Slight warming milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Spend one yolk spreads. Beat eggs, sugar, milk yeast and baking powder, add flour gradually and knead a soft dough. Then begin to knead adding a little margarine until taken over and become smooth dough. Split three balls leave to rise. The dose is three the kozunak. Each ball in January split into three, Roll and brush with margarine and put small pieces of Turkish delight. Wrap them in a roll and they knit shallow place in a form (if you have), or in a pan greased with margarine. Leave to rise. Before you put them in the oven, coated with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 160C degrees for 30 minutes, then reduce oven to 140C degrees and bake another 30 minutes.

katalinalina, both yeast any benefits or missing one *or* in products?

I use two types of yeast. When I added to the fresh yeast and a little dry to me Get the perfect cake. I do it so many times just to these products and always gets me.

katalinalina, would you posted roughly how flour ?!
