Spread the slices well on one side with butter. Together with the buttered side into two by two. Outside coated with grainy mustard. It shall bear a slice of cheese, slice of ham. Medium size skillet heat. Carefully lift the top slice with cheese and ham and place in the pan by placing a greased side down. Cover with the other slice with greased side up. Bake on medium heat about 2-3 minutes and carefully using the blade turns. Baked for 2-3 minutes and transfer to a serving plate. Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
