Ice cream with apples and basil

Ingredients
400 g of green apples
100 ml natural apple juice
1 lemon
1 bunch basil
2 tbsp pistachios
125 g sugar
1 vanilla
150 g cream
50 g cream cheese
Method
Peeled and cut into quarters apples with apple juice boil and boil for 2-3 minutes topped. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Add basil leaves, pistachio nuts, sugar and vanilla. Everything is well pureed and mixed with lemon peel, cream and the feta cheese. The finished mixture is placed in a metal container and allowed 4 hours in the freezer, stirring from time to time to avoid the formation of crystals.
