1 kg lamb (leg or shoulder)
1 kg beans beans (black beans) - Fresh
5-6 green pickled plums (damsons)
1 bunch green onions
2-3 sprigs green garlic

Stew chopped portions of lamb with green onions and garlic for 10 minutes. Add red pepper and about 500 ml water. Sandwiching the pan and leave to simmer for 30 minutes. Add the cleaned beans and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt, mint and sour plums and boil 5 minutes. Wishing you add sour plums and add 1 tbsp flour dissolved in a little water.
