Lamb chops with tomatoes and skinless sausages

Ingredients
800 g lamb chops
4 skinless sausages
50 g smoked meat
1 onion
500 g tomatoes
oil
pepper
salt
Method
Salted and sprinkled with black pepper cutlets fried in olive oil and transfer to a saucepan. Finely chopped onion fry in the remaining olive oil to yellowing, add boiled, peeled and cut tomatoes into quarters, stifling 10 minutes and added to both the chops with smoked meat, cut into cubes. Serve stew in the oven until soft. Serve with fried skinless sausages, boiled or fried potatoes and vegetable salad.
