Layered cake * Chocolate Therapy *

10 eggs
450 g of powdered sugar
450 g flour
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
zest of 1 lemon
6 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp starch
600 ml milk
3 tbsp sugar
100 g butter
100 g of dark chocolate
200 g ground walnuts
Beat the eggs with powdered sugar. Consider adding a pre-sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla. Finally, add and mix with 3 tbsp of cocoa and lemon zest. If the mixture seem too thick, add 1/2 cup sunflower oil. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and put to bake in moderate oven at 180-200C. The finished base is slightly cooled and divided into 2 separate the base. For the cream - dissolve the starch with milk cream and put in a water bath to thicken, stirring constantly. Sweeten with 2 tbsp granulated sugar. Separately, beat the butter with 2 tbsp icing sugar and add a packet of vanilla and cocoa rest. Melt the chocolate gently in a water bath and gently stir in the cocoa mixture. Once the milk cream slightly cool, mix it while stirring with chocolate. Finally add the ground walnuts. Put a base in the tray, slightly spray it with milk and put a little less than half cream. Put another base top ponapraskayte with a little milk and rub well the entire cake with the remaining cream. Make decorations of your choice.
