Ingredients
# For the dough:
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
1 and 1/2 tbsp margarine
1 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup powdered sugar
# For the cream:
1 and 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
# For decoration:
orange peel or lemon, cut into thin, long strips
strawberry 1
2 black cherries (black grapes, chocolate dragees)

Method
Margarine mix with sugar, gradually add eggs and cream . Add the flour mixed with baking soda, cocoa and cinnamon and mix dough. The dough is placed in a greased with margarine shape and baked at 180 C and then until the start sprung when lightly pressed. The baked base is removed from the mold and allowed to cool. To prepare the cream is whipped cream and powdered sugar. The base is cut horizontally in two layers, the edges are cut evenly. Spread crust with one part of the cream, capped with the other crust. Spread top and sides with the remaining cream, leaving very little to form the whites of the eyes. The cuts of the base are made of crumbs and with them dusted cake top and sides. With two cherries form the eyes, with orange peel - hair and a circle of strawberry - mouth.

The cake is called *Negro* / *Negrityanka* /. Long I have translated, but do not let this site because I was looking for what may be replaced black cherries / else can be done only in the spring /. So I got the idea of black grapes or chocolate dragees. Still can not find something to replace the strawberry. If someone has an idea, please offer. Making the cake is easy. I was particularly impressed how the decoration and it shared it.
For the mouth I have an idea - jelly and red :) There will not be difficult to find or cut something with an appropriate form.
