Layered cake with peaches

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 yolk
125 g butter
# For the filling:
3 cups peeled and cut into slices peaches
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 yolk
1/4 cup cream
Method
Prepare dough sifted flour, sugar and salt were mixed, and the medium was done well in which are placed the yolk, beaten soft butter and 1 tbsp cold water.
