Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chutney
1 tbsp champagne
1 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
1 tbsp dried dill, 1 tsp salt
flour for rolling
# For the sauce:
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp champagne
2 tbsp chutney
1 tbsp dried dill and salt
sunflower oil pan

Method
Chicken wings are cut in half, put in a saucepan with water and put to boil. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. All ingredients are mixed, drained chicken wings are rolled in flour, then put in the marinade. Nice Spread it on both sides. Arranged on a tray, covered with aluminum foil, (maybe in a buttered tray). Bake in preheated oven 10-15 minutes. sauce, onion and garlic are finely chopped and fry in oil until transparent. Add the other ingredients, stirring constantly. Wings are served Flights with warm sauce. * The wings may not be cooked, then we need longer to bake in the oven. If the cook, however, the broth can be made soup.

what is this marinade?

It is a thick one first picture shows the mayonnaise, chutney, champagne, red pepper, dried dill. First rolled in flour and then, in this mixture (marinade). Are uniquely fragile and very tasty, try you will not regret! :)

I tried, but my sauce was very thick thing :)

Champagne by discharging it pours, but the mixture is thicker! A taste of how bring them?
