Lentils with sausage

Ingredients
250 g lentils
100 g salo
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
150 g sausage
salt
vinegar
Method
The lentils is boiled, pour into a colander to drain, add salt is, sprinkle with vinegar and put in a large bowl. Salo is cut into small pieces and lightly fry. Add the flour and also fry gently. Dilute with a decoction of the lentils and pour over the lentils. Around in the form of a wreath rank pieces of sausage.
