Potato Stick paste fillet fritters

1 kg potatoes
100 g feta cheese
2 onions
pepper, salt
2 sprigs of parsley and dill
# For the pasta:
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 .ch. flour
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
100 ml beer

Cook potatoes. Peel and smash mashed. They add the feta cheese, grated onions, seasoned with salt, pepper and green herbs. Everything is kneaded well. Of the finished mixture form small balls, which rank in a suitable container. Leave for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator. Then the pasta is cooked for a batter by two broken eggs, add flour, spices and finally add the beer. You should get a thick homogeneous mixture. If it turns out that a little flour, add a little more to the desired consistency. Already tight potato balls are immersed in the mixture and fry in very highly preheated oil.

are very tasty indeed, not at all heavy, while still hot can be field with soy sauce and lemon juice to taste something deliciously obtained.

Parzhih them in a pan with more fat, fat lot I would say, to be able to cover and the top.

If you want to try in the fryer to prepare, I think it will become more beautiful and equally fried from all sides and with a crispy crust.

They became great and the execution of the recipe is not difficult. So far, potato balls are me apart, but here from scratch without incident were received. I sprinkled them with dill and garlic.
