Ingredients
2-3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
5-6 radishes
2-3 scallions
parsley
6 peppers
salt
vinegar
sunflower oil
Method
Tomatoes and cucumber cut into slices. Radishes of your choice can either be cut into slices, like all products, or leave whole. Chop in small pieces and added to other vegetables. The peppers are baked, peel and cut into strips. Everything is mixed and seasoned with salt, vinegar and sunflower oil.
