Mushroom Salad with macaroni

Ingredients
300 g salted or pickled mushrooms
150 g macaroni
1 onion
2 eggs
1 pickle
1/2 cup cream or a mixture of cream and mayonnaise
pepper
salt
herbs
Method
Macaroni are broken up into small pieces with a length of 1 cm and a boil in salted water, then drain. Mushrooms cut into thin slices, cucumbers - strips, and onions - small cubes. Prepared ingredients are mixed, seasoned with salt and pepper and mix with cream (or a mixture of cream and mayonnaise). Salad transferred to a serving plate, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and decorate with slices of boiled eggs.

salad is very good, but it gets even better if it added sausage, sweet corn and cooked beetroot.

If instead of cream (or mayonnaise +) mixed with yogurt and garlic, the taste is superb.

is great, even if it is so easy to make it more delicious.

You can add carrots, celery, pepper and other vegetables are also going on.

This salad is very good to me.
