Ingredients
300 g mushrooms without stumps
30 g firm feta cheese
40 g butter
parsley
garlic
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt

Method
In a well-oiled baking dish place the cleaned heads mushrooms (with cap down), sprinkle with breadcrumbs, parsley and garlic, then add the feta cheese, black pepper and salt. Pour a melted butter and bake for 20 minutes in a low oven.
