Mushrooms in Paris

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms without stumps
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 lemon
1 tsp mustard
1 sprig parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned heads are placed in court with sunflower oil, add the lemon juice, pepper, salt and fry for 10 minutes. The mixture is allowed to cool in the same court. Cool mushrooms are arranged in a bowl, mix the oil with mustard, pour the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
