Mushrooms in Shalyapinski

Ingredients
500 g medium mushrooms
300 g macaroni noodles but straighter
125 g butter
3 onions, finely chopped
200 ml cream, sour
500 g of ham, cut into small cubes
400 g feta cheese Gouda type or something, grated
salt, pepper
5 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Method
Mushrooms cut into thin strips and set aside. Boil noodles in salted water according to the instruction of the package. Drained and mixed with a portion of the half butter. Meanwhile, melt half of the butter in a large and wide pan, put it in it the onion and mushrooms and stew just to soften them. Add the cream, salt and pepper and stir. Get out of the fire. Spread deep pot of Jena glass (while Chaliapin hardly been such vessels, but ...) with the rest butter and put the cooked noodles. Cover with mushroom-cream sauce, then top distributed ham and finally the feta cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes at 220 C until the feta cheese begins to melt and get a golden-brown crust. Serve immediately sprinkled with parsley. They say that this was the original recipe of F. I. Chaliapin. How true, I do not know.
