Onion pastry - I type

Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
2-3 sprigs of mint
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

Method
Of flour, baking soda, salt, and a part of water were kneaded dough was allowed to rest. During this time, prepare the filling by mixing without putting fat, chopped onion, parsley, dill and mint, remaining salt and red pepper. The dough is rolled thicker crust. In the middle of the sheet is put stuffing and bends with the edges of the crust. Shaped onion pastry bag is placed in plenty greased with butter tray with edges gathered below smeared with grease and bake in a hot oven until browned.
