Ingredients
7-8 finished pancakes
150-200 g cottage cheese
1-2 eggs
pinch of salt
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
rind of 1/2 lemon
milk or cream

Method
The cottage cheese was ground through a sieve, mixed with egg yolk, salt, sugar, grated lemon peel and stir with a little milk or cream until smooth mixture. Carefully add the beaten egg whites. The cottage cheese spread on pancakes. They are stacked, as the top is placed not oiled pancake. Cut into slices like a cake.
