Ingredients
350 g beans
80 ml sunflower oil
1 carrot
1-2 tomatoes
1 onion
40 g garlic
mint
2 lemon
salt
Method
Beans soak advance 3-4 hours in cold water. Washed, pour cold water and bring to boil on medium heat to cook it. Carrots, onion, garlic, and some tomatoes chopped stew in fat. Once cooked beans poured into the pan, put the top steamed vegetables, add salt and stir. Top rank circles of lemon and remaining tomatoes, sprinkle with mint and bake for 15-20 minutes.
