Ingredients
4 peaches
35 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
50 g ground almonds
20 g grated chocolate
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp rum
2 tbsp caster sugar
1/3 pm .ch. white dessert wine
cream for decoration
Method
The butter and sugar well. Add pre-soaked in rum raisin, chocolate and almonds. Mix again. Peaches Peel and halve. Discard the stones.
