Peppers stuffed with chicken and cheese

Ingredients
10 peppers
1 boiled chicken
cheese
savory, salt, black pepper
Method
Peppers are cleared. Filling of cooked chicken was cut into in small pieces cheese to taste, also shreds and optional put tomatoes. Peppers filled with this mixture, put in a pan with a little sunflower oil, pour a little water and bake until crust caught in a moderate oven. Pour white sauce: The sauce is prepared as follows. In hot sunflower oil put some flour and milk. As mixture thickens add garlic, parsley and pepper. Pour the peppers and leave until browned.
