Pickles with cheese and leeks

Ingredients
250 g gherkins
150 g Canned peas
150 g mayonnaise
150 g cream
1 stalk leek
120 g cheese
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
Method
Leek cleaned, washed, cut into thin slices and lightly salt it, cucumbers also cut into slices, peas drain well. The ingredients are arranged in layers in a glass bowl and pour mayonnaise, whipped with cream and crushed garlic. Salad sprinkled with plenty of grated cheese. You can decorate with small gourmet tomatoes or fresh radishes and olives.
