Pita with mayonnaise

1 cup Egg mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
6 cups flour
2 tsp dry yeast
2 cup crumbled feta cheese
sesame seeds for sprinkling
butter spreads between peels

In a bowl put the dry yeast, 50 ml lukewarm milk, sugar and salt. Confusion and leave about ten minutes until the yeast effervescent. Put the flour in a large bowl and do well. Pour yeast effervescent. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and remaining 150 ml milk. Knead soft-elastic dough. Cover with fresh foil and leave to rise in a warm place about 40 minutes. Oilme pan with a diameter of 22-24 cm. Excerpt dough and make small balls. Put it into the middle of the tray. Divide dough rest for three. Roll three wafers with a diameter of about 26 cm. First sheet greased with soft butter or margarine. Allocate part of the feta cheese. Another delicious recipe for bread. Top she covered with mayonnaise and get a very nice crispy (but not hard) crust. Peko in pan diameter 30 cm. Bread is great - there is a slight buttery flavor (I guess that comes from mayonnaise instead of butter because butter I've used in other cakes, but this has a different taste).

here today prepared as raztochih 3 sheets of dough, then spreads each with butter and sprinkled with garlic powder. Rolled up, which twisted, covered with mayonnaise, sprinkled with poppy, sesame and garlic and it was delicious!
