Pizza bread

Ingredients
# Pizza dough:
3 cups flour
7 g dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
1 cup lukewarm water
# For the filling:
bacon (dry sausage)
cheese
tomato paste (chutney)
onion
colorful salt for sprinkling

Method
For the dough: Sugar and salt are mixed with water and stir until melted, add the oil was again stirred. Yeast is dusted on top (not to be confused) and leave it rise. Sift the flour, add the yeast and knead a soft dough. Allow to rise until doubled in volume. Roll out the dough thinly measuring approximately 40h20 cm. On the long side put stuffing - first smeared with tomato paste on it rank bacon (sausage), cheese and onion pieces. Wound on a roll not very tight, as the place where it joins the dough remains on top. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and salt colorful bake 10-15 minutes in a preheated 240 C oven.
