Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
15 g yeast
250 g ground meat mixture
1 onion
4-5 peeled canned tomatoes
20 marinated mushrooms
100 g smoked brisket
2 pickles
pepper
salt
Method
Flour, fuzzy in lukewarm milk yeast 3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt and knead the dough, which is left to rise for 1 hour. Onions, finely chopped, fry in the remaining vegetable oil, add the minced meat and chopped tomatoes, salt (if ground meat is not savory) and the mixture stew, while the fat remains. Sprinkle with pepper. Spread the dough on a greased with vegetable oil tray and bake about 10 minutes. Remove and put on it stew meat. Above radially (from the center to the outside) is arranged in 5 pickled mushrooms so that the pizza is divided into 4 parts. Between mushrooms put 1 slice of smoked brisket, crevices in the periphery of the 3-4 places. Pizza dopicha in moderate oven 15 minutes. After removal on smoked brisket put slices of pickles and served immediately.
