Pizza with homemade dough, goat feta cheese and bacon

# For the dough:
250 ml warm water
500 g flour
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 packet active dry yeast (11 g)
# For the filling:
150 g bacon
50-100 g goat cheese
250 g fresh mushrooms
100 g goat feta cheese
2 tomatoes
50 g pitted olives
4-5 parsley
4-5 tbsp chutney
3 eggs

The dough is kneaded in a bakery, respecting the order of the products above. After addition of the flour is made well to pour the salt and on it the oil. Sugar and yeast are added to the well at the other end. Bakery run program French bread and after 30-40 minutes removable and rolled. Place in a greased and floured pan. Prepare stuffing as bacon, the feta cheese of the cheese and olives cut. Fresh mushrooms sauté for 7-8 minutes. Peel tomatoes and cut into slices. Parsley chop onion. Spread chutney and a layer on the prepared dough. Lining the remaining products without tomatoes, eggs and parsley. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees for 15-18 minutes. Shortly before the end add eggs and tomatoes. Bake for 2 minutes and add the parsley with the remaining grated cheese in large pieces, returning in already off oven.

I do not understand why you need to run the program for French bread bakery as a program only for kneading rising

I French released her and then took time. Of course that a testing program is better! Thanks for the note!
