Pork meatballs with coriander

Ingredients
600 g minced meat pork
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
egg 1
2 slices of bread (soaked in water, drained well)
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
# honey curry sauce:
80 ml honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 and 1/2 tsp curry
1 tsp lemon peels
2 tsp lemon juice

Method
Heat the oven to 200 C. Since all the ingredients for meatballs dabbled mince. Formed into small balls. Place in a pan, covered with baking paper. The oven is reduced to an average temperature of meatballs and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Sauce: Melt the honey in a water bath, add the mustard, stir, then add curry powder, lemon peels and lemon juice. Sauce stir very well and is ready for consumption. When serving meatballs are flooded with it and serve.
