Pork ragout with vegetables

Ingredients
400 g pork
200 g beans
200 g carrots
200 g mushrooms
300 g potatoes
150 g small onions
80 g fat
1 tsp (5 g) potato flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
600 g tomatoes
salt
Method
Clean and wash beans soak in water for 12 hours. The next day is boiled until soft. Cut the meat into 4 portions that salting, fry in fat and lightly sauté. Add peeled onions and the chopped carrots, pour a little water and stew. After a while add the mushrooms and boiled, peeled and cut into large pieces of tomatoes, potatoes, beans, potato flour, fuzzy wine and stew until soft.
