Pork ribs in Madrid

Ingredients
4 pork ribs
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 chili pepper
marjoram
pepper
salt
Method
Garlic and parsley chopped finely, mix with olive oil, add the bay leaf, marjoram, finely chopped chili pepper, black pepper and salt. Crushed ribs are rubbed with the mixture and leave little to stand. Place in a baking pan and bake until soft. Cooks occasionally pour the sauce and add a little hot water.
