Potato roll with smoked fish

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
250 g smoked fish
1-2 pickles
2 eggs
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cream
1/2 onion
dill
pepper
salt
Method
Boil the potatoes and make a puree. The fish is boned and tears, mixed with finely chopped cucumbers, onion finely chopped or grated, pepper and dill. On board put foil, oil on fthe put the puree and top again foil and rolled to a thickness 1-1.5 cm. Remove the upper foil, puree smeared with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, put it the fish mixture on top again, mayonnaise mixture and grated eggs. With fthe oil is screwed into a roll. Smeared with water or mayonnaise or sour cream and sprinkle with dill. Leave in refrigerator to harden for at least 1 hour.
