Potato salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients
800 g small potatoes (fresh)
6 tbsp sunflower or soybean sunflower oil
600 g cucumber
150 g pushna salmon
2 tbsp sesame seeds
6 tsp vinegar
white pepper
salt
bunch of dill

Method
Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes. In a pan heat the oil and fry on all sides, often mixed. Cover with the lid, the temperature dropped and sauté 10 minutes. Add sesame seeds and fry again. Remove the top of the fire and pour the vinegar and flavor. The cucumber was washed, but not white, and cut into very small cubes and salmon strips. All products were mixed, added to the chopped dill and mix well. Salad combines well with horseradish sauce. For this purpose, mix 8 tbsp whipped cream 2 tsp freshly grated horseradish, 2 tsp finely chopped onion, salt and white pepper.

changed *a little* potato salad recipe :) I made the most simple and missed cucumber (what to do, my men are very conservative) :)
