Ingredients
8-10 (1 kg) potatoes
150 g salo
4 tbsp (40 g) fat
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
2 eggs

Method
Cook potatoes whole, peel and cut into circles. Half of them rank in the pan and put them on the slices of salo. Over salo rank the remaining potatoes and cover with sliced and fried in fat onions. The dish is placed in the oven and bake until browned. Pour in beaten eggs and again put in the oven to seal. Serve warm.
