Pumpkin - II type

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2 cup (400 ml) of water
salt
flour as you take
# For the filling:
1,5 kg pumpkin
1/2 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
3 eggs
sugar
cinnamon
1/2 cup (100 ml) fat
Method
Pumpkin Peel, cut into cubes and stew with sugar to taste and a little oil, then mixed with breadcrumbs, eggs and cinnamon. Knead the dough and roll it into two thick sheets. One sheet is placed in a well greased with butter tray, with edges rise round and wound. On it spread an even layer stuffing. Top put the second sheet. Pumpkin sprinkle with oil and bake.
