Puree peas with fried cheese

Ingredients
1 kg peas
2 yolks
250 g cheese
100 g flour
100 g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
30 g butter
Method
Clean and cook 1 kg peas in salted water, then it through a sieve. Pour the resulting puree with 4-5 tbsp fried butter. Beat 2 egg yolks well and add them gradually to the puree. Cut rectangular pieces 250 g of cheese. Immerse them in water successively, in meal or crushed biscuit in beaten egg and fry them until golden in highly preheated oil. Arrange beautiful about puree. Serve the dish warm.
