Puri with skinless sausages

Ingredients
300 g filo pastry sheets
6 skinless sausages
1 egg
50 g butter

Method
Each piece of sheet is cut in two, smeared with butter. Skinless Sausage is placed at the end of the list and turns nice, but not too tight so as not to crack the crust when baked. Cigars are arranged in a buttered pan, coated with beaten egg and bake.

Thanks, really delicious, but I see a little one sheet and subsequent times I did them, I put 2. Nice sausages is from end to end of the list.

I guess with puff pastry will become even more beautiful.

Desi try and puff pastry. I've patties before time with sausages, but swell and dissolve. Can only put sausages along the entire length of the cigar that otherwise would occur to me as light brown tan at all :)
