Wash the peppers and hot peppers. Pierce them in several places and put them in an envelope for roasting meat. Tie the bag and bake them in a hot oven until tender and lightly browned their scales. Remove the peppers from the bag and place them in a strainer to drain excess water. After cooling clean them from the seeds and skins. Put the peeled peppers into narrow and deep dish. You can use the jar. Pour the olive oil, sugar and cumin. If the peppers are ripe and enough sugar cookies miss. Salt and if you add a little vinegar for acid. Blend everything at high speed until smooth and thick emulsion. Serve the sauce for sandwiches, meat, feta cheese or salads. * You can add spices to your taste and garlic. If you do not like spicy hot peppers miss, and vice versa, can increase quantity.

I missed hot peppers. Very fresh and light sauce for grilled meat.

Super sauce! Logged favorite :)

very conceptual way of roasting peppers, are you a taste of roasted peppers?

I was impressed by the method of baking. Yes, like roasted peppers are.

lu4a, thanks for the recipe, such as the time of the pods will try. I really like this baking in an envelope - comfortable, clean, and no need to rotate around the stove :)

MMM ... well it sounds! :) Put Bookmark

The sauce is great, but I missed hot peppers for children. They covered it into slices.
