Roasted chicken stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 chicken
250 g mushrooms
50 g butter
50 g salo
pepper
salt
Method
Mushrooms fry in the butter, add salt and sprinkle with paprika. Chicken filled with mushrooms, top cover with thin slices of salo. Bake in a moderate oven until tender meat is then removed salo and bake in a hot oven to red chicken. Serve with fried potatoes and salad.
