Roasted chicken with wine and tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken
200 g mushrooms
200 g tomatoes
500 g potatoes
250 ml white wine
20 g butter
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
2 tbsp flour
Method
The chicken is cut into four and put in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour without oil with little water, enough to wet the bottom of the tray. Mushrooms are cut and mixed with wine and pepper. Chicken Bay with them and bake another 30 minutes. Prepare sauce as tomatoes fried in the butter. Flour blurs with a little water and add to the tomatoes. Once the sauce boil a bit pour over chicken and dopicha more. The chicken is served sprinkled with parsley and cooked whole potatoes.

As far as I fry and stew in the pot, not bake ... and the sauce does not thicken with flour. A is served most often with fried egg, crab meat, so I've eaten something to do with Bonaparte has this recipe, not just like that. I will be looking to see what it was.
