Roasted fillet of salmon with sauce

Ingredients
4 fillets of salmon (150 g each)
1 tsp olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
ready Oil tomato sauce
Method
Heat grill. Salmon is coated on both sides with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then pricked with a fork and place on grill. Bake for 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve with buttery tomato sauce and boiled potatoes. Salmon can also be boiled and.
