Roasted leeks

Ingredients
leek
sunflower oil
salt
Roasted leeks

Method
Leeks are cleaned and cut into shorter pieces. Is arranged in the bottom tray, which is poured a little water. Watered with sunflower oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake in preheated oven to remain just fat. * Optional on each piece can put a little mustard and ketchup - so it spicy.
