Roasted peaches

Ingredients
500 g peaches
2 yolks
200 g sugar
10 g butter
almond nuts

Method
Choose ripe but firm peaches, which pitted easily removed. Wash them, peel and cut into halves. Dip them in beaten egg yolks, then in granulated sugar and arrange them in a greased baking tray with butter. Bake them in a moderate oven until glazed. Sprinkle with ground almond nuts and bake for about 5 minutes. Serve them warm.
