Roasted pirozhki

Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 cup milk
25 g yeast
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
Method
January yeast mix of warm milk. Knead the dough, which leave to rise for about an hour and 30 minutes. Roll it into a sheet with thickness up to 1 cm. Cut into slices and put stuffing and dough squeezing until the oval. The pirozhki arrange in a baking dish and leave them to rise again. Bake in moderate oven or steam. The filling for the pirozhki can be made of different products - meat, cabbage, mushrooms, cottage cheese, fish, and also sweet - jam, fruits and so on. Mr.
