Roasted sausages with bacon

Ingredients
8 sausages or skinless sausages
8 slices bacon
1 onion
1 tbsp fat
100 g flour
egg 1
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Water
salt
pepper

Method
The skinless sausages are wrapped with a piece of bacon and arrange in a greased baking dish and cover with the onion, cut into julienne. Sprinkle with the butter and baked briefly. The flour is mixed in a bowl with the beaten egg, milk, water and salt. Mix well with a wire about 2 minutes and poured into sausages. Return them back in the oven and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately, alone or with a salad of fresh cabbage or lettuce.
