Ingredients
500 g of hake or other zander
3 hard boiled eggs
100 g olives
green salad 1
2 tomatoes
5 radishes
sunflower oil
vinegar
salt
parsley
Method
Fish Boil, boned and chopped in small pieces. Add the diced eggs, olives - halves and chopped parsley. Seasoned with salt, pour in the oil and vinegar to taste. Distribute portions saucers on leaves of lettuce. Decorate with sliced tomatoes and radishes.
