Salad with mushrooms and shrimp

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
3 tsp (15 ml) lemon juice
120 g sterilized shrimp
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Remove stumps of washed mushrooms and the remaining portion cut into small pieces and stew. The bottom of rub a cut clove of garlic, add olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper, stir, add the mushrooms, stir well and leave at least 1 hour in refrigerator. The salt is placed just before serving. In the middle of the plate are arranged shrimp are placed around the mushrooms and shrimp sprinkled with chopped parsley.
