Scandinavian meatballs with potatoes and minced meat
500 g minced meat
60 ml milk
2 boiled potatoes
2 slices of bread (only middle)
1 tbsp cream
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Stew onion. Puree the potatoes, add the minced meat, bread soaked in milk, egg, cream, parsley, pepper. Form small balls, roll in flour and leave them in the refrigerator. Fry them and sprinkle with parsley.
